Home / Services
Everything between the offer and the arrival notice.
Sourcing, inspection, freight and documentation — handled as one job by one team, so nothing falls between the supplier, the carrier and the customs broker.
Capabilities
Four services, one shipment
SERVICE 01
Global sourcing
We identify and qualify suppliers against your specification, not against a catalogue: growers and packhouses for fruit, balers and recovery networks for paper.
- Origin selection by season, variety or grade
- Supplier qualification and sample coordination
- Counter-seasonal and alternative-origin coverage
- Private label and buyer packaging arrangements
SERVICE 02
Quality control & inspection
Goods are checked against the agreed specification before they are loaded — the point at which problems are still cheap to fix.
- Pre-shipment inspection at packhouse or baler
- Sampling, sizing, colour and defect checks for fruit
- Moisture and prohibitive assessment for fibre
- Third-party inspection appointed on request
SERVICE 03
Logistics & freight
Bookings, stowage and transit management — with the carrier relationship to get space when the season peaks.
- Reefer, ventilated and dry container bookings
- Stowage and palletisation planning
- Breakbulk and bulk parcel arrangements
- Transit tracking and arrival notices
SERVICE 04
Documentation & customs
The paperwork that decides whether a container clears in a day or a week, prepared before the vessel sails.
- Invoice, packing list and bill of lading
- Phytosanitary and quality certificates
- Certificates of origin and legalisation where needed
- Marine cargo insurance on request
Incoterms
Where our responsibility starts and ends
We quote on the terms buyers in both commodities expect. The table below shows the standard split; variations are agreed in writing.
Incoterms 2020. DAP and DDP shipments can be quoted on request.
Working together
What we need from you
A complete brief gets a complete offer. These five points are usually all it takes.
Product or grade
Fruit: variety, count, sizing, packaging. Paper: grade, moisture and prohibitive tolerance, bale weight.
Volume
Containers, pallets, tonnes or cases — per shipment, and per month if it is a recurring programme.
Destination
Discharge port and, if relevant, the final delivery point and unloading constraints.
Timing
Required shipment window or arrival date, and whether the season or the mill schedule dictates it.
Terms
Preferred Incoterm, payment terms, and any inspection or labelling requirement.
One enquiry, one written offer
Send your requirement and we will come back with the specification, price, Incoterm and shipment window within one business day.
