Who we are
This website is operated by TribergPlus Trading, [registered address], United Arab Emirates. For any question about this policy or your personal data, write to info@triberg-plus.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us: the details you enter in the quote request form (company, name, email, phone, product, destination, volume and message), or the information contained in an email or WhatsApp message you choose to send us. The website does not create user accounts and does not process payments.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, correspond about orders and shipments, and keep the commercial records we are required to keep. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable commercial and tax rules, then deleted. [state retention period]
Who else sees it
Only service providers who need it to operate the business — for example our email and hosting providers, freight forwarders or inspection companies involved in a shipment you have asked us to handle. [list processors]
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to its processing. Send the request to info@triberg-plus.com; we will respond within the period required by law.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
02 — Terms
Terms & Conditions of Sale
Summary of the terms applicable to quotations and sales · Draft, subject to legal review.
Quotations
Quotations are issued in writing and state the product or grade, packaging, quantity, price, Incoterm (Incoterms 2020), shipment window and payment terms. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it, and is subject to availability at the time of acceptance.
Orders
An order is confirmed when we acknowledge it in writing. Specifications, tolerances, packaging and labelling agreed in that acknowledgement form part of the contract. Any variation must be agreed in writing before shipment.
Quality and quantity
Fresh produce is a natural product: variety, sizing, colour and condition vary within agreed tolerances, and quality is assessed against the specification accepted at the time of the order. Recycled paper is supplied to the grade and parameters stated in the offer, assessed on the basis of the inspection or certificate named in it.
Delivery, title and risk
Delivery is made on the Incoterm stated in the order. Risk passes in accordance with that Incoterm. Retention of title remains with TribergPlus Trading until payment is received in full, where permitted by applicable law.
Claims
Claims must be notified promptly and, for quality claims, supported by an inspection carried out at the point of delivery, with samples and photographs retained. Notification periods are stated in the order confirmation. [state claim periods]
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, port closures, or export and import restrictions.
Governing law
These terms and any contract of sale are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts or, where agreed, to arbitration. [confirm dispute resolution clause]
