Every offer states the grade or variety, the packaging, the Incoterm and the shipment window — no ambiguity left to the invoice.
Incoterms 2020. Specifications, grades and packaging are confirmed in writing on every offer.

From enquiry to discharge
Four steps, one owner. You deal with the same person from the first email to the arrival notice.

A written offer: variety or grade, packaging, unit price, Incoterm, shipment window and payment terms.

Quality is checked before loading
Packing-house or baler inspection against the agreed specification. Third-party inspection can be appointed at your request.

Documents and shipment follow-through
Bill of lading, invoice, packing list, certificates and insurance — issued and tracked through to discharge.
